Albania Extends COVID-19 Restrictions Indefinitely

The Committee of Experts has extended indefinitely the pandemic restrictions it imposed two weeks ago.

They announced again the measures on Thursday, following a meeting after the previously period set for the restrictions expired on Wednesday.

Restrictions include:

Closure of businesses, bars, and restaurants at 20:00; home delivery excluded.
Curfew starts from 20:00 until 6:00.
Flights to the UK remain suspended.
Experts said the average age of those infected with the virus has decreased, with the 24-35 and 45-54 age groups now accounting for 79 percent of cases during the last two weeks.
