The Minister of Health, Venko Filipce has signed an agreement for the supply of vaccines against Covid-19 with the Chinese company “Sinofarm”. According to the agreement, about 200 thousand doses of vaccines will arrive in our country during February, while the exact date will be announced in the following days.
The Sinofarm vaccine is stored and distributed at a temperature of 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, while it is packaged in a pre-filled syringe, which facilitates the application of the vaccine itself. “This type of vaccine has an optimal link between safety and efficacy, so it can be given to all citizens, without restrictions”, announced the Ministry of Health.
