The number of active cases of Kovid-19 in the country is declining. Yesterday, their total number was 16704, of which 10231 are in Skopje, while the day before yesterday – 16964 of which 10322 from Skopje.
According to the data of the Ministry of Health during the last 24 hours 166 new cases with Kovid-19 have been registered, 10 patients have died, while 416 patients have been cured.
A total of 883 positive and suspected coronavirus patients are being treated in the infectious wards of the country, of which 379 are in Skopje. There are about 450 available free hospital beds in the cove center.
Covid-19 protection measures which include masking, keeping distance and avoiding clusters are still mandatory. According to yesterday’s data of the Ministry of Interior, 390 people were convicted for not wearing a protective mask.
