Zyberi: Children can not attend online classes due to power outages

The Ombudsman, Naser Zyberi has published the report on the violation of human rights.

Special emphasis has been placed on the violation of children’s rights in attending online education.

“Children’s rights were under attack. Changing the way of learning. “Transition from learning to physical presence to online learning”, said Zyberi.

According to him, many children, especially those with special needs, have had obstacles in attending this learning process, either due to lack of technological equipment or lack of electricity.

“Lack of equipment for attending online lessons, lack of electricity due to disconnection of the network from non-payment of bills.”

“This is especially true for children with special needs.”
